ABSTRACT
Palm oil production levels contribute significantly to income. But production goes down after 25 years so it's necessary to rejuvenate. The gardener's rejuvenation income will be lost that will affect the food and non-food expenditure of households that will affect the welfare of the gardener's life. This study aims to analyze the profiles and characteristics of the respondents, to analyze the diversity of gardens and garden incomes, and to calculate and analyze the plasma growers' household revenues and expenditures following the rejuvenation of kud fat ripah. The study is using the technical survey method of the simple random sampling as many as 30 respondents. Studies have shown that the average productive - aged gardeners who have extensive gardening experience. Plasma gardens have been invigorated in 2018 and managed according to the standards provided by kud gemah ripah. The average income obtained from the prime crop of plasma gardens $1.697,083 per hectare per month. During the rejuvenation of the gardener's income comes from the income of the independent and non-agricultural palm plantations. The average income from the palm plantations is rp 224,38548 per year and the average non-agricultural income of rp 10,400,000 per year. High income meets the need for expenses for both food and non-food for each of the farm households.
