Education is currently developing rapidly and requires maximum effort to
achieve educational goals, as well as improve the quality of education. The
achievement of educational goals can be achieved closely related to the learning
process that takes place in schools. Learning that is equipped with teaching
materials, teaching media, and other learning resources greatly influences the
achievement of learning objectives and the achievement of educational goals, so
that learning is needed that is more innovative, interesting and meaningful for
students.
Constraints encountered in the learning process so far, is low Skills
process science learners. If Skills process science low it will affect student
learning outcomes. There are several influencing factors results study , such as
the lack of variety in teaching materials or instructional media used by teachers
in schools. This triggers the low Skills process science or lack of student attention
to the learning process. Another obstacle in learning is that there are lesson
concepts that are difficult for students to understand due to their abstract nature,
such as concepts diversity biological . This concept requires the help of clear
images in the learning process. Based on the results of observations Theory
diversity biological considered difficult for students to understand average test
daily 55.32.
Based on these problems, an alternative is needed to improve Skills
process science and learning outcomes in the learning process so that learning
objectives can be achieved. One of them is to develop teaching materials or
learning media, such as the development of E- LKPD based SETS .
Development E- LKPD based SETS carried out in this study, with the aim
of knowing the quality E- LKPD development and its effect on Skills process
science and student learning outcomes. The research was conducted at SMAN 1
0P ekanbaru . Development E- LKPD performed using the ADDIE model
( Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation ). At the
analysis stage, an analysis of the needs of students is carried out, curriculum
analysis, analysis of learning materials. At the design stage, a design is made ELKPD
developed with Google Classroom based SETS and learning tools. At the
development stage, the validity test was carried out E- LKPD development and
research instruments, practical trials and limited trials. Then at the
implementation stage using the experimental method with a group design pretestposttest
which consists of the control class and the experimental class and in its
determination using the normality test and homogeneity test. Then the last stage is
the overall evaluation stage of development results E- LKPD based SETS .
The results showed that the quality E- LKPD based SETS classified as
very good. This can be seen from the average validation results, namely 3,36 with
a very valid category, the average practicality test result is 87,15 with a very

practical category and student response test results that show a very good
category. The results of the experimental stage of research show that there is a
significant effect due to use E- LKPD based SETS on results and Skills process
science student learning before and after treatment, namely in the experimental
class the average score Skills process science 70.6 with enough category being
78 ,7 in the good category with an N-gain value of 0.342 with the medium
category. Then results learning experimental class 58,4 with very poor category
to 85,46 with very good category. with N-gain class k control of 0.4 with the
category being 0.7 in the experimental class with the very high category.
H results of development and test implementation E- LKPD based SETS
It was found that product quality E- LKPD based SETS very good, and
improvement Skills process science and the learning outcomes of the
experimental class increased significantly compared to the control class.
