Kondisi Perairan Sungai Win Di Kecamatan Kampar Kiri Tengah Kabupaten Kampar

Abstract
Rivers play a very important role in meeting daily needs, such as for tourism activities, PDAM, transportation route infrastructure as well as for drinking water, bathing, washing places, and fish cultivation needs. One of the rivers in Riau Province which also plays an important role in people's lives is the Win River. The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of the waters of the Win River. Water quality measurements will be carried out in June 2022. This research uses a survey method. Determination of water quality measurement stations used purposive sampling method. Based on the results of research conducted in Sungai Win, Kampar Kiri Tengah District, on physical parameters, namely temperature with an average of 25.67-26.33 oC, turbidity with an average of 5.24 - 6.47 NTU. Chemical parameters, namely pH with an average of 6.53-6.73, DO with an average of 4.27-4.47 mg/L, BOD5 with an average of 1.02-1.9 mg/L, Nitrate with an average of 0.0611-0.0854 mg/L, MBAS with an average of 0.012-0.015 mg/L, Fecal Coliform with an average of 123-156 MPN/100ml. Thecondition of the Win River is still relatively good and not polluted, although there are industrial activities and community activities around the river.
