ABSTRACT
The research conducted in Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province. This study aims to determine the influence of the Human Development Index, Unemployment, and Economic Growth partially and simultaneously in Pelalawan Regency . The data used in this study issecondary data in the form of annual quantitative figures from 2006 to 2020. This study uses the methods of Data Normality Test , Autocorrelation Test, Heteroskedasticity Test, Multicholinearity Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Testing and Coefficient of Determination. The data was processed using Eviews 9. The results showed that : 1) Partially the Human Development indexdid not have a significant effect on the poverty rate in Pelalawan Regency while Unemployment and Economic Growth had a significant effect on the level of Poverty d Pelalawan County; 2) Simultaneously , the index of human development, unemployment, and economic growth has a significant effect on the poverty rate in Pelalawan Regency .
