Analisis Pengaruh Jarak, Jumlah Dan Dimensi Pelat Helikal Terhadap Kapasitas Dukung Dan Pola Keruntuhan Tiang Helikal Menggunakan Metode Numerik
ABSTRACT
Numerical modelling of helical pile test in peat soil is rarely to be found. The research aimed to analyze the effect of different variation of helical pile spacing, number and diameter using numerical method. Analysis was focused to bearing capacity and failure mode of helical pile in peat soil. Bearing capacity was interpreted with Terzaghi method and Tangent Intersection Method. The model was made with PLAXIS software. Calculation of bearing capacity theoretically also being done with individual bearing and cylindrical shear. Application of s/D = 2,5 ratio gave maximum bearing capacity for helical pile. Bearing capacity of helical pile would increase with addition of helical plate number. It was also influenced by the diameter of bottom helical plate. Usage of plate L for bottom plate generated highest bearing capacity. Cylindrical failure mode occurred at s/D ≤ 2 and individual failure mode at s/D ≥ 2,5. Theoretical calculation with cylindrical method had similar trend with finite element result until s/D ≤ 2. In addition, when s/D ≥ 2,5 the chart from individual method had similarity in trend with finite element result.
