One factor from within that is very supportive is the teacher's work commitment. Commitment is a person's attachment to doing something in achieving the expected goals. Commitment is also an emotional bond to always side with the organization and then try to achieve organizational goals. Commitment is intended as an effort to achieve goals in the organization with the willingness to direct all resources for the benefit of the organization and the commitment to remain a member of the organization. In general, the teacher's work commitment in the organization is described as a condition in which a teacher is involved in tasks that make a major contribution to the performance concerned in the form of responsibility and response to various jobs and services in the school organization. Teachers' work commitment in an organization that has not been maximized can be influenced by several factors. The first factor identified influencing teacher work commitment is digital literacy. The digital era at this time can no longer be avoided, therefore high digital literacy skills are also needed in teachers. With the ability of digital literacy at this time, the acquisition of all information will be obtained very easily. Sources of information received can come from anywhere. With today's digital era, anyone can make good use of it, but not infrequently it can destroy someone, including the work commitment of a teacher.
Then the teacher's work commitment was also identified as influenced by an attitude of optimism. For the smooth running of the teacher's work and high work commitment in work, it cannot be done just like that, but rather have strong self-confidence to be able to complete assignments and various problems that will be faced in the work or assignment. The optimistic attitude of a teacher will greatly help in strengthening his work commitment to the organization. An optimistic teacher will always consider failures that occur in his performance to be factors that occur outside of himself, so that it will spur him to be able to overcome and
