Analisis Dampak Ekonomi Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Terhadap Umkm Kuliner Di Wilayah Kota Pekanbaru (Studi Kasus Kecamatan Tampan)

ABSTRACT
This study aims to find out how the impact before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic on capital, turnover, and profits of culinary MSMEs in the Pekanbaru City area (Case Study of Tampan District).
The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative methods of comparative type. The population in this study were MSMEs actors located in Tampan District, Pekanbaru City and registered with the Pekanbaru City Cooperatives and MSMEs Office, which amounted to 401 units of culinary MSMEs actors in Tampan District. In this study, researchers used simple random sampling. The number of samples to be studied is as many as 80 respondents. The data in this study were analyzed by the Wilcoxon test.
The results of this study indicate that there is a difference before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period. Against culinary MSMEs capital in the Tampan District Area. Supported by the results of the Z test shows that Zcount > Ztable then the hypothesis is accepted Ha1. This means that there is a difference between before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic against culinary MSMEs capital in the Tampan District Area. There is a difference before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period on the turnover of culinary MSMEs in the Tampan District Area. Supported by the results of the Z test shows that Zcount > Ztable then the hypothesis is accepted Ha2. This means that there is a difference before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Against the turnover of culinary MSMEs in the Tampan District Area. There is a difference before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period. Against the benefits of culinary MSMEs in the Tampan District Area. Supported by the results of the Z test shows that Zcount > Ztable then the hypothesis is accepted Ha3. This means that there is a difference before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic on the benefits of culinary MSMEs in the Tampan District Area.
