Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Industri Batako Di Kota Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT
The purpose of the research was to determine the effect of capital, labor, row materials and technology on the production of the brick industry in the Pekanbaru City.This research uses multiple linear regression analysis tools.The data used is cross section data in 2022.The population of this study is 14 business units, and sampling uses the census sample method, namely the entire endeavor unit to be ta sample. Types of data used is the primary data and secondary data.Data collection techniques use an interview technique, techniques of questionnaires. The method of analysis used in the research is descriptive quantitative.From the results of the research conducted, simultaneous regression test against variables (capital, labor, raw materials and technology)have a positive and significant effect on the production of the brick industry with a significance value of 0,0024. Partially the four variables have a positive and significant effect on production, namely : first, capital has a positive and significant effect on production with a significant level of 0,0431, and second, labor has a positive and significant effect on production with a significant level of 0,0248, and three is materials has a positive and significant effect on production with a significant level of 0.0033, and the last technology has a positive and significant effect on production with a significant level of 0,0067. The magnitude of the effect caused (Adjusted R²) by the four independent variables in percentage to the dependent variable is 78,53% while the remaining 21,47% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
