ABSTRACT
This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence the
industrial production of artificial organic fertilizers (case study of PT Cita Agung
Jaya in Pekanbaru City). The research location is at PT Cita Agung Jaya in
Pekanbaru City. The types of data used in this research are primary data and
secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study, the outhors use interview
and documentation techniques. The dependent variable is production, while the
independent variables are capital, labor and raw materials. The analysis used in
this research is quantitative descriptive analysis method multiple linier regression
analysis model with Cobb-Douglas production, with the help of SPSS version 24.0
program. The results showed that the capital variable had no significant effect on
the production of organic fertilizer at PT. Cita Agung Jaya Pekanbaru, labor
variable has no significant effect on organic fertilizer production at PT. Cita
Agung Jaya Pekanbaru, and raw material variables have a significant effect on
the production of organic fertilizer at PT. Great Cita Jaya Pekanbaru. The most
dominant factor influencing the production of organic fertilizer industry made by
PT Cita Agung Jaya in Pekanbaru City is raw materials.
