Hubungan Rasio Anogenital Distance Dengan Endometriosis

Endometriosis is still difficult to find and treat. Laparoscopy is the gold standard
examination that can be used to detect endometriosis. However, this examination
costs a lot of money and requires some preparation, so it is necessary to look for
non-invasive tests that can be used as a diagnostic tool for endometriosis.
This study aims to analyze and examine the relationship between anogenital
distance ratio and the incidence of endometriosis. This research is a case control
study of all gynecological patients in the obstetrics and gynecology department of
Arifin Achmad Hospital from January 2020 to July 2022, namely 108 patients in
endometriosis group and 125 patients in the control group. The variables studied
were characteristics, namely age and body mass index; incidence of
endometriosis; anogenital distance ratio, AGD-AF, AGD-AC; endometriosis
severity and depth of endometriosis lesions.
