ABSTRAC
This study aims to determine the effect of workload, work stress and leadership on the job satisfaction of nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic at RSUD Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi. The population in this study included all nurses who worked in the covid-19, internal, and surgical departments at Dr. RSUD. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi, totaling 76 people.
Primary data was collected by using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling.
The results showed that: 1) Workload had a negative and significant effect on nurse job satisfaction, 2) Job stress had a negative and significant effect on nurse job satisfaction, 3) Leadership had a positive and significant effect on nurse job satisfaction, 4) Workload, Job Stress and leadership have a significant effect on job satisfaction of nurses in RSUD Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi.
