ABSTRACT
The purpose of writing this final project Planning and Budget Plan (RAB) is to plan the building and calculate the Budget Plan for constructing a building. Data collection was carried out by conducting a literature study on manuals and documents related to building planning. In addition, data collection was also carried out directly in the field to collect data on the condition of land, at the location as well as survey the prices of building materials and wages around the construction site. Building planning is carried out using the help of AutoCad 2007 software for 2D drawings. Based on the planned space requirements, the area obtained for the boarding house 2 floor at street Eka Tunggal beside STMIK AMIK is Total : 415,2 m2. Based on the calculation results, the planned cost is Rp. Rp1.805.217.544 (One Billion Eight Hundred Five Million Two Hundred Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Forty-four Rupiah), with the price per m2 of building being Rp6.311.949,00/m2 (Six Million Three Hundred Eleven Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-nine Rupiah).
