Analisis Kelayakan Finansial Driver Taxy Online (Studi Kasus Maxim Car Pekanbaru)

ABSTRACT
Maxim a company engaged online taxy that has invaded Pekanbaru in 2019. The development of Maxim as online transportation service in Pekanbaru is fairly rapid and accommodates lot of workers and is used as the main and side source of income by some drivers. The investment spent in the field of online transportation requires considerable costs, so it is necessary conduct research studies. The purpose of research is to determine the income of drivers, analyze the financial feasibility of online taxy, especially for car vehicles, namely Maxim car. Research sites in 20 strategic locations in Pekanbaru as many as 90 respondents. The method used in data collection is the direct interview method by asking several questions on the questionnaire. The data needed are investment data, operational costs, fixed costs, income, service and maintenance. As a results, financial feasibility analysis research on Maxim car drivers, it is obtained that the main job value is an average IRR value of 29%. The average NPV value is: IDR 91,630,524. The average BCR value is 2.65, so the investment is feasible. The average BEP value is IDR 480,555. The payback period is 11.8 months. For side jobs, the results obtained are an average IRR value of 129%, the average NPV value is: Rp. 105,283,387. The average BCR value is 1.29, so the investment is feasible, the average NEP value is Rp. 106,111, the long payback period is 12 months. Based on the financial analysis that has been done for the main job and side job, Maxim's driver's business is declared feasible to run.
