Analisis Nilai Tukar Nelayan Pancing Ulur (Hand Line) Di Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Bungus Provinsi Sumatera Barat

ABSTRACT
This research was conducted from June to July 2022 at the Samudera Bungus Fishing Port, West Sumatra Province. This research was conducted with the aim of looking at the Fisherman's Exchange Rate (NTN) for hand line fishing at the Bungus Ocean Fishing Port, West Sumatra Province. The method used in this study is the survey method, determining the respondents by accidental sampling technique. Accidental sampling is one of the techniques used in research in determining the sample based on chance, if the person met in the field matches the data source. As many as 33 hand line fishermen were met at the Samudera Bungus Fishery Port (owner fishermen, boat captain fishermen, and crew fishermen). The data analysis technique uses fishermen's exchange rate analysis and fishermen's exchange rate index, and with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research that has been carried out are the owner's NTN values of 166 and 301, the ship captain's NTN values of 407 and 3,550, and the ABK's NTN values of 230 and 1,807. Indicate the value of NTN > 100 so that it can be interpreted that fishermen are able to meet the needs of fishermen's families and costs in the fishing effort. Calculation of iNTN = 1 where in the base period and t period there is no increase or decrease.
