Pengaruh Jumlah Restoran Dan Upah Minimum Terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Di Sektor Pariwisata Kabupaten Kampar Tahun 2011-2020
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the number of tourist attraction restaurants and the minimum wage on the absorption of labor in the tourism sector in Kampar Regency in 2011-2020. The method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative methods using multiple linear regression data analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously the variables of the Number of Tourist Attraction Restaurants and the Minimum Wage on the Absorption of Manpower in the Tourism Sector in Kampar Regency in 2011-2020. The variable contribution of the number of restaurants and the minimum wage to the employment of the tourism sector in Kampar Regency in 2011-2020 was 91.8%, while the remaining 8.2% was influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.
