Pengaruh Sarana Prasarana Dan Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru Terhadap Kepuasan Peserta Didik Di SMA Negeri Kota Pekanbaru
Development continues along with the development of the era which makes it increasingly difficult for humans to adapt to change. The development of the times that continues to make education important and needs to be improved. Therefore the quality of education is demanded to be more developed and advanced. School is one of the means to answer various challenges related to education itself. School organizations always try to create a teaching and learning process that is expected to give satisfaction to students. Student satisfaction can be influenced by intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors. Intrinsic factors are factors from within the students themselves that can lead to satisfaction, including; expectations, high achievements and talents of students, while extrinsic factors which are factors from outside the students themselves, among others; teacher quality, school facilities and infrastructure, school culture and school climate.
This study examines: (1) Is there an influence of facilities and infrastructure on the satisfaction of students of public high schools in Pekanbaru City?; (2) Is there any effect of the teacher's pedagogical competence on the satisfaction of students in Public High Schools in Pekanbaru City?; (3) Is there an influence of facilities and infrastructure and teacher pedagogic competence on the satisfaction of students in public high schools in Pekanbaru City? The objectives of this study are: (1) To find out how much influence the facilities and infrastructure have on the satisfaction of students in public senior high schools in Pekanbaru City. (2) To find out how much influence the teacher's pedagogical competence has on the satisfaction of students in Public High Schools in Pekanbaru City. (3) To find out how much influence the facilities and infrastructure and teacher pedagogical competence have on the satisfaction of students in public high schools in Pekanbaru City.
This research uses quantitative research methods. The target or population of this study were students at Pekanbaru City Public High School. Then the number of samples used in this study were 231 students. Furthermore, the research trial was conducted on 30 students outside the research sample. The technique used in data collection is a questionnaire or questionnaire. The techniques used to analyze the data were descriptive statistical analysis techniques, inferential statistical analysis, and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) Version 22 program.

The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between Infrastructure (X1) and Teacher Pedagogic Competence (X2) together on Student Satisfaction (Y) of 98.9%, there was a positive and significant effect of Infrastructure (X1) on Student Satisfaction (Y) is 96.9%, there is a positive and significant effect of the Teacher Pedagogic Competency variable (X2) on Student Satisfaction (Y) of 98.90%.
Based on these findings it can be concluded that the infrastructure and pedagogical competence of teachers can determine the level of student satisfaction.High infrastructure will give satisfaction to students, so that students feel more comfortable studying at school. The teacher's high pegagogical competence will provide satisfaction to students, so that they can provide good output. Without good infrastructure and good teacher pedagogic competence, this will have a negative impact on students. Then partially the infrastructure can determine the level of student satisfaction, and the teacher's pedagogical competence can affect the level of student satisfaction.
