Perbaikan Tingkat Keandalan Pembangkit Dengan Penambahan Kapasitas Pembangkit Di Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap Tembilahan 2x7 Mw
The reliability of the generating system is largely determined by the availability of operating generating units or power reserves in the generating system. The power reserve in the generating system is largely determined by the magnitude of the frequency of disturbances that occur in generating units and the amount of load served by the system. PLTU Tembilahan has a capacity of 2x7 MW with a peak load served of 14.31 MW in 2022. In that year the reliability level of the generating system has a LOLE index of 33 days/year, this figure is very far from the standard limit on RUPTL PT. PLN for 2021-2030, which is 1 day/year. Based on these problems, the reliability index of the PLTU Tembilahan power plant system has been improved for 2027 by taking into account the power plant procurement period and the availability of land in the power plant system. The reliability index of the generating system is calculated using the recursive convolution method and the peak load for that year is calculated using the simple linear regression method. Based on the results of the analysis of the development of the power system, an additional 3x7 MW generating units were obtained with the required area of 2030.91 m2 and still fulfilling the available area. With the addition of these generating units, the LOLE reliability index of the Tembilahan power plant system will be 0.078 days/year in 2027. This value already meets the standard reliability level limits based on the RUPTL PT. PLN 2021-2030.
