Rancang Bangun Alat Pendeteksi Formalin Pada Makanan Berbasis Arduino Uno

ABSTRACT
Formalin is very dangerous for human health for we have to know whether a food contains formalin which is generally used to preserve food. For that we need a formaldehyde detector in food that uses an Arduino Uno as a control. The use of this project makes it easy to detect formaldehyde content without having to carry out laboratory tests. This tool uses the HCHO sensor as a device for tasting hydrogen gas and then converts it into a digital value and then sends it to Arduino Uno to be processed and processed into units of gas concentration in ppm and then displays it on the LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) and uses MicroSD as a data logger recording every time you do the test and using LED as output to indicate gas concentration level. This method makes it easier to find out the practical use of formaldehyde in food
