ABSTRACT The development of information technology has penetrated into various fields, one of which is the field of education, the Benai 1 State Vocational High School (SMK) has many students and majors, the many majors affect the administration section in managing tuition payments which is less effective and efficient. SMK N 1 Benai still uses a manual administration system in managing payment data. By utilizing computer software, we can manage administrative payment data more easily. The purpose of this research is to provide solutions to problems related to the tuition payment system and other types of payments at SMK N 1 Benai and make it easier to make reports using computer facilities to produce precise and accurate information. This Field Work Practice Report was designed with the aim of building a tuition payment application design that is expected to improve agency performance in recording student data and payment reports. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, documentation and literature review. This is made using PHP, HTML and MYSQL. This program allows the school treasurer or school principal to view financial reports and students can also see bills that must be paid per month. The result of this report is a student payment design using structured modeling in the form of an input output interface design in processing payment data and monthly reports, making it easier to develop the system to the next stage, namely programming.
