ABSTRACT
Advances in technology today make all the work done by humans more efficient.
In this case, computer technology provides many advantages or benefits for the
business world, government agencies and the private sector because the existence
of a computerized system will facilitate daily activities, so that work is more
effective and efficient as well as complete and accurate. This cake sales
information system is made with a UML system design such as Use Case
Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and uses PHP, HTML and
MYSQL. At the freshcake and cookies shop, problems were found in the sales and
purchase system, namely, the data recording was still using the manual method.
With the above problems in the freshcake and cookies shop, the researcher aims
to assist the shop in managing sales data, so that errors do not occur in the
process of calculating and recording data carried out by the cake shop with
consumers so that it is more effective and efficient. With the existence of a Web-
Based Sales Information System at the Freshcake And Cookies Cake Shop, it can
make it easier to sell cakes, manage transactions and convey information.
