Analisis Kinerja Guru Pada Masa Pandemi Covid – 19 Di SMK Negeri 3 Pekanbaru
This research is a descriptive research, with data collection techniques of
observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis model uses the chi squre
formula and takes samples with total sampling.
The results of the study show that: a) the quality of the teacher's work is
considered good, learning that is carried out online and offline takes place in a
directed and organized manner. b) the teacher's punctuality during the Covid-19
pandemic was considered quite good in starting and ending the learning process
because the finger print absent system was implemented c) the teacher's initiative
was considered good enough because the teacher maximized his goals as a
teacher by always thinking positively and trying to attract interest students with
the ability to create joy in learning. d) the teacher's ability to master the material
and learning methods is quite good, in conveying the learning material the
teacher first reads and understands what will be given and develops learning
creatively and utilizes information technology e) teacher communication is
currently considered quite good, because in communicating the teacher can make
students understand the delivery of online and offline learning and provide
motivation to learn even with offline or online learning.
