Analisis Rapor Pendidikan SMA Negeri 1 Pinggir Sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Mutu Sekolah

Education is a forum for the development of knowledge and skills so that students have the provision of expertise and understanding and critical thinking. The quality of education must always be improved and evaluated. The quality of education/schools greatly influences the improvement of human resources who are of higher quality, have broad insight, are creative, independent, democratic, responsible and have faith and piety to God Almighty. Human resource development is a strategic effort that must be carried out by the government. School quality can be seen based on the evaluation results of school reports or education reports. Education report cards or school report cards are the result of assessments and national surveys of regional and central education units (satdik) School or education quality report cards can be used by schools to improve school quality because quality report cards are used as a reference for identifying problems that occur in schools, looking for root causes of problems and seek solutions and improve the quality of education as a whole.
This study will discuss: 1) What are the indicators for the education report card at SMA Negeri 1 Pinggir with low scores, what are the causal factors?; 2) What are the recommendations from the ministry of education, culture, research and technology to schools regarding education report cards, SMA Negeri 1 Pinggir after the education report cards have been reviewed?; The aims are to:
(1) To find out and analyze the profile of education report cards in SMA Negeri 1 Periphery;; (2).To find out what program or strategic follow-up was carried out by SMA Negeri 1 Pinggir to design a program to improve school quality.
Researchers used descriptive qualitative methods with this type of research analyzing data and information. This research was conducted at Pinggir 1 Public High School, Bengkalis Regency from October to December 2022. This research used two data sources, namely primary data in the form of documents and secondary data in the form of observations and interviews related to the research title. The research subjects consisted of school principals, vice principals, teachers, school treasurers and students. Data collection techniques found by interviews, observation and documentation. The question is about the analysis of the education quality report card at SMA Negeri 1 Pinggir as an Effort to Improve School Quality.
The research results show that: (1). Achievement Indicator Dimensions For students' literacy skills are in the pretty good category; (2) the achievement of the indicators of the dimensions of students' numeracy abilities is in the less good category; (3) the character dimensions are in the developing or already good category; (4) the dimension of the Proportion of Teachers and Education Personnel (GTK) consisting of certified GTKs who are in the good category, while driving GTKs are nil. (5) the competence and performance dimensions of GTK are in the good category; and (6) the dimensions of participatory, transparent and accountable education unit management are also in the good category.

Based on these findings it can be seen that most of the report school indicators are in the good category. Quality reports or education reports can be used as a reference to determine whether a school's quality or education quality is good or bad. This means that the better the value of the school report card, the higher the quality of the school, and vice versa. The role of the school principal is needed as a leader in the school so that he is able to manage the resources in the school properly, so that it has an impact on improving the quality of the school.
