Aktivitas Fisik Siswa SMA Negeri 1 Siantan Timur Di Masa Pembelajaran Tatap Muka

This study aims to describe and obtain information related to the physical activity of East Siantan 1 Public High School students during face-to-face learning. This research is a quantitative descriptive research, with data collection techniques using survey methods by distributing questionnaires. The instrument used to obtain data was a questionnaire from the Physical Activity Questionnaire For Adolescents (PAQ-A) instrument developed by Kent C. Kowalski, et al which has been translated from English into Indonesian. The subjects of this study were 58 students of class XII at SMA Negeri 1 Siantan Timur for the academic year 2022/2023. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Siantan Timur. Data were analyzed using percentages with descriptive analysis techniques, namely displaying conditions, symptoms, or problems. so that the presentation of research data is easier to understand. The results showed that the level of physical activity of class XII students at SMA Negeri 1 Siantan Timur was in the very low category with a percentage of 55.2% and it was seen from the results obtained that there were differences in the levels of physical activity of male and female students, where the results showed that male students -male students are more active than female students.
