Kontribusi Kepercayaan Diri Terhadap Keberhasilan Teknik Headstand Dalam Senam Lantai Pada Mahasiswi Pendidikan Olahraga Angkatan 2022 Universitas Riau

Physical education is essentially an educational process that utilizes physical activity to produce holistic changes in individual quality, both physically, mentally and emotionally. Physical education is carried out as a means of achieving national education goals, covering cognitive, affective, psychomotor and physical aspects. In this case, self-confidence is an important factor that can lead to success or failure, floor gymnastics refers to movements that are carried out with an integrated combination of each member of the body from the ability of motor components or movements such as strength, speed, balance, flexibility, agility and accuracy. With this confidence, it is expected that the skills and physical fitness of female students will increase. Students feel bored quickly when participating in floor gymnastics lectures because the movements are considered difficult and they feel afraid to make movements. Based on observations, distributing questionnaires, and movement tests headstand in sports education students Batch 2022, University of Riau with a total of 55 students.
This study uses a type of correlational research with a quantitative approach. Research that has two variables in the form of self-confidence as the X variable or the independent variable and the headstand movement test as the Y variable or the dependent variable to obtain numerical data or numbers from these two variables which will later be useful for researchers in processing data is used as an instrument in the form of a questionnaire on the confidence variable. using a Likert scale and for the dependent variable the geadstand movement test using an assessment rubric and later the data can be analyzed using simple correlation analysis techniques and multiple correlation using IBM SPSS Statistics 24.
The results obtained from the simple correlation test sig(2-tailed) have a result of 0.532 > sig(2-tailed) 0.05 which means it has no contribution and the results of the study are that there is no contribution of confidence to the success of the techniqueHeadstand In floor exercises for sports education students class of 2022, University of Riau, this was found after a simple correlation analysis test was carried out on two research variables where Rcount - 0.086 < Rtable 0.266 or means Ha is rejected. The results of the Pearson correlation or Rcount have a negative value (-0.086) which is less than the Rtable df(55) level of 5% (0.266), which means that there is no negative contribution between self-confidence (high) and technical successHeadstand in floor exercises for students of sports education class of 2022, University of Riau, 0.73% This value shows the contribution of self-confidence to technical successheadstand in floor exercises.
