Sukakarya Street is a primary local road 2 lanes 2 direction are undivided (2/2 UD). This road is traversed by various types of vehicles from light vehicles, heavy vehicles, large buses, large trucks and motorbikes. The imbalance of land transportation facilities with an increase in the number of vehicles accompanied by roadside activities causes traffic congestion during rush hour. This Final Project aims to calculate the performance level of the Sukakarya road in Pekanbaru district, it will calculate the road capacity, degree of saturation and speed of traffic to determine the performance of the road is feasible or not used. The performance level for Sukakarya street STA 2+100 to STA 2+300 Pekanbaru City in 2023 the highest traffic volume occurred on Saturday, June 17 2023 at 17.00 – 18.00 WIB at 1793.85 pcu/hour. The capacity on the Jalan Sukakarya segment STA 2+100 to STA 2+300 is 2.318,89 pcu/hour. Degree of Saturation (DS) of 0,77 The free flow speed is 42.99 km/hour and the level of service D flow is approaching unstable, speed is still controlled, Q/C can still be tolerated.
