Pertumbuhan Nannochloropsis Sp. Pada Media Limbah Cair Pabrik Karet Dengan Konsentrasi Dan Pupuk Yang Berbeda

ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze the rubber factory wastewater that can be used as a
growth media for Nannochloropsis sp. with different doses of fertilizers. This
research used experimental method with Conway and Guillard fertilizer media.
The experimental design used is Factorial Complete Randomized Design analyzed
by ANOVA (Analysis Of Variance). The use of rubber factory liquid waste has a
significant effect on the growth of Nannochloropsis sp. on day 11 and day 12
which has a significant value of p < 0.05 with a concentration of 20 ppm and
Conway fertilizer as the best medium used in Nannochloropsis sp. culture with the
highest cells density of 4988 x 104 cells / ml on day 11.
