Analisis Prospektif Peremajaan Kelapa Sawit Pola Swadaya Di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
ABSTRCT
The self-help pattern of oil palm farming plays an important role as a source of income, especially in Rokan Hilir Regency. This study aims to analyze the receipt and net income of self-supporting oil palm plantations, determine prospective analysis and determine the implications of farming development based on key attributes in the rejuvenation of self-supporting oil palm plantations in Rokan Hilir Regency. This study used survey methods and interviews with key respondents and self-supporting oil palm smallholders. The location of this research was determined purposively (purposive random sampling). Sampling of representative areas using Multistage Area Sampling. The number of research respondents was 93 respondents. The research data taken consisted of primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used to answer the research objectives conducted is to use farming analysis. The results showed that the income of independent oil palm farming in Rokan Hilir Regency was IDR 11,434,710.28 per year per hectare with a net income of IDR 9,124,416.74 per year per hectare. The determining attributes (variables) that influence the success rate of independent oil palm rejuvenation in Rokan Hilir Regency consist of government policies, land legality, cooperatives, management, procedures, partnerships, companions, stakeholders and prices, as well as the implications of developing independent oil palm farming in Rokan Hilir Regency based on the variable factors contained in quadrant III, where the variables obtained in quadrant III are socialization, farmer groups, capital and technology.
