Pembiasaan Perilaku Hidup Bersih Sehat (Phbs) Pada Siswa Kelas V Di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 188 Pekanbaru Dimasa Pandemi Covid-19
Due to a lack of information about healthy living practices, students may find it difficult to apply them properly or even choose not to practice them in their daily life, which will have a negative impact on their level of physical health. The need to overcome them and find answers through learning more, understanding them better, and nurturing them both for oneself and in the classroom. Students' understanding of healthy lifestyle practices is essential because those who do well will eventually become According to Sumiyati Asra (2008: 18), knowledge is the most significant area for a person's construction actions, encouraging the emergence of students' conscious efforts to maintain and improve their health through healthy living practices. knowledge-based behavior will be more resilient than knowledge-based behavior. Based on observations of Grade V students at SDN 188 Pekanbaru: untidy and clean in dress and shoes; picket cleaning classrooms that must always be reminded; someone littering; students do not wash their hands after exercising and before eating; students have cavities in their teeth; having long and unclean nails; have unclean hair (there are lice); and students also do not understand the benefits of keeping the environment clean at home and at school. The population of this study was all of class V SD Negeri 188 Pekanbaru totaling 55 students, consisting of 31 male students and 24 female students. In this study, sampling was carried out using a sampling approach. To utilize the entire population as a sample. The questionnaire is used as a learning tool. Based on research findings on clean and healthy living practices at SDN 188 Pekanbaru, it can be said that the reporting level of PHBS, namely the marketing level of 67.75%, is considered sufficient. This means that by introducing new habits to students, it will be easier to maintain a clean and healthy lifestyle.
