ABSRACT
Before constructing a building, a Preliminary Design calculation is carried out for the rough loading received by the building to find out the dimensions of the mosque building structure requirements and the Budget Plan, which is one of the processes carried out to determine the total amount of work costs by outlining each work item starting to calculate the volume work, calculating the Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP), calculating the details of the Cost Budget Plan, all of which refer to the plan drawings, prices for materials and wages around the mosque location and AHSP Permen PUPR. After obtaining volume calculations and details of the RAB and planning the Work Plan and Requirements.
Research Methods In this final project a field survey was carried out on the planning area, collection of literature studies, data collection in the form of Primary Data and Secondary Data, data processing, drawing planning was carried out using the AutoCad application, calculation of the Budget Plan and Work Plan Requirements.
As for the purpose of this project, the authors designed a plan drawing with a building area of 192 m2, made a work plan and technical requirements and calculated a budget plan. The results obtained are the total building costs obtained amounting Rp 906.668.000,00 (Nine Hundred Six Million Six Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Rupiah), and for the cost per m2 of the building, Rp4.772.229,00/m2 (Four Million Seven Hundred Seventy Two Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Nine Rupiah).
