Analisis Kesiapan Guru Dalam Menghadapi Kurikulum Merdeka 2022 Di Provinsi Riau
Based on the observation, it was found some teachers did not know and were not familiar with independent curriculum. Most of teachers know that the changing of curriculum was only from mass and online media. The objective of this research was to know the readiness of teachers in facing the independent curriculum 2022 in Riau Province. The population of this research were consists of 6 schools while the total samples were 48 teachers. The collecting data which was done in this research by using questionnaire that was shared by Google form. This is quantitative research with descriptive approach. The data analysis in this research was statistical data by using percentage formula. The higher score is found at the indicator “Learning planning readiness” with the percentage was 77.95%, while the lowest score at the indicators “The understanding about the structure of independent curriculum 2022” with the percentage 75.13%. The next indicator is “Learning management readiness “ with the percentage 76,22%. Then, the indicator of “ Learning process readiness “ with the percentage 76,17%. For indicator “Scoring process readiness “ with the percentage 77,45%. The result of this research showed that teachers’ readiness in facing independent curriculum 2022 in Riau province at the percentage 76,76% that included in good category.
