ANALISIS PEMBELAJARAN TATAP MUKA PASCA PANDEMI COVID-19
This study aims to describe how face-to-face learning is carried out in elementary
schools after the COVID-19 pandemic. It has been two years since students have
studied online or independently at home due to the COVID-19 pandemic. So that
when face-to-face learning is carried out again, students find it difficult to adapt
back to implementing face-to-face learning at school. The lack of students'
understanding of the material provided by the teacher makes the teacher
experience difficulties in the learning process. The analytical method used in this
study is a qualitative method using a case study approach. The results of the study
show that in carrying out teacher learning using several stages such as planning,
implementing, and also evaluating. From these three stages the teacher has carried
out well. In face-to-face learning after the pandemic the teacher has to be even
more extra because there are some students who still don't understand the material
well, the attitude of students who cannot control themselves not to play with their
friends because of the impact of previous online learning.
