Sistem Informasi Pendataan Dan Pemetaan Penyebaran Kasus Penyakit Influenza Berbasis Web Gis Pada Puskesmas Simpang Baru

ABSTRACT
Influenza is a disease that is often found in everyday life, but many people do not know that influenza can become an epidemic that cannot be controlled if proper treatment is not given. Tackling these problems requires a system that can collect data and map the spread of influenza cases, but the Simpang Baru Health Center does not yet have a system that can solve this problem. The purpose of this final project is to build an application that can perform data collection and mapping as well as print reports on the results of recorded cases of the spread of influenza. The system was designed using UML (Unified Model Language) modeling and using HTML, PHP, MySQL as database, CodeIgniter as PHP Framework and Bootstrap as CSS Framework. This final project produces a GIS Web-based information system that can help the Simpang Baru Health Center to obtain information related to data collection and the spread of influenza cases that occur in the Simpang Baru Health Center area.
