Pengaruh Gaya Mengajar Guru, Lingkungan Belajar Dan Minat Belajar Terhadap Motivasi Dan Hasil Belajar Siswa SMA Negeri Se-Kecamatan Barumun Sosa Kabupaten Padang Lawas Provinsi Sumatera Utara
The most important aspect of any learning process is learning outcomes.
Although there are many variables that can affect learning outcomes, the most
fundamental is the student's internal factors. These variables include interest,
motivation, and physical health. such as the learning environment, teacher's
teaching style, and others, have an impact on student learning outcomes apart
from internally. the study intends to examine the impact of teacher teaching style,
learning environment, and interest in learning through learning motivation on
improving student learning outcomes.
The methodology used is a quantitative descriptive study, the research was
conducted at public high schools in Barumun Sosa District. All samples taken
from the social studies class totaled 90 students whose sampling was carried out
randomly (basic random sampling). Questionnaires and documentation were used
to collect data. Least Square (PLS) data analysis is used in this work, together
with the Inner and outer model coefficient tests, as well as assistance from the
SmartPLS 3.0 application.
The results of this study indicate that: directly and indirectly the teacher's
teaching style, learning environment and interest in learning affect motivation
and learning outcomes, but the variable of teacher's teaching style through
learning motivation has no indirect effect on learning outcomes.
