Analisis Pemasaran Agroindustri Keripik Cabe Ika Di Kota Dumai Dimasa Pandemi Covid - 19
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to (1) find out marketing function and marketing channel of Ika chili chips, (2) analyze cost, margin, efficiency marketing and producer share of Ika chili chips. The method used in this research is study case on the Ika chili chips agroindustry in the city of Dumai during the Covid-19 pandemic. Technique of marketing institution by Snowball Sampling method. The result showed there is two marketing channel, channel I is farmer - consumer and channel II is farmer - collecting merchants - consumer. The result of this research showed that in channel I the 360 gr packaging marketing costs were Rp. 863, the 500 gr packaging marketing costs were Rp. 1094. Channel II the 360 gr packaging costs Rp. 345, the 500 gr packaging costs Rp. 715. The marketing efficiency of channel I for 360 gr packaging is 0,086% for 500 gr packaging is 0,073% dan for marketing channel II for 360 gr packaging is 0,031%, 500 gr packaging is 0,042%, that means channel II is more efficient. Margin is in channel II. Producer share channel I for 360 gr dan 500 gr packaging is 100% dan for channel II for 360 gr packaging is 90,9% dan 500 gr packaging is 88,2%.
