Pengaruh Bimbingan Kelompok Dengan Teknik Role Playing Terhadap Perkembangan Moral Siswa SMA PGRI Pekanbaru
Moral development is a change in behavior that occurs in the lives of adolescents in relation to procedures, habits, customs or standard values that apply in social groups. Teenagers are expected to replace moral concepts that apply specifically in childhood, with moral principles that apply in general and formulate them into a moral code that will serve as a guide for their behavior. No less important, now teenagers have to control their own behavior, so that deviant behavior does not occur. As well asstudents who disobeying school rules, lackingrespect teachers and peopleWhich older, brawls, truant, and there are also students who do not reach the level of moral development. In general, high school adolescents should have reached the level of post-conventional moral development. But there are still students who do not reach the level of moral development that they should have reached that level.This study aims to see the effect of group guidance using role playing techniques on the moral development of students in high school. The research used is quantitative research with experimental research types. Subjects in this study were students who did not reach the level of moral development, totaling 6 students. Then analyzed using the Rank Spearman and Wilcoxon formula. From the results of the study, it was found that 71.4% of the influence of group guidance with role playing techniques while other influences were influenced by internal or external factors of these students.
