Interpretasi Potensi Air Panas Menggunakan Metode Geolistrik Konfigurasi Wenner-Schlumberger Di Daerah Objek Wisata Sungai Pinang Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi
ABSTRACT
Geothermal phenomena can be referred to as an event in the topmost layer of the earth's crust caused by fluid convection. Geothermal systems usually occur below the surface to form hot springs on the surface. One of the locations of hot water found is in the village of Sungai Pinang, Hulu Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The objective of this study is to detect the presence of hot water as well as identify the structure's lower surface in the area at Penang River Village. This study uses the method of geoelectric configuration of Wenner-Schlumberger. The results obtained on track 1 is found the resistivity of 0.205 – 4.68 ohm meter identified as hot water on depth 1.25 – 9.26 meters below surface with the structure composer lower surface track 1 forming clay, stone flakes, sand and gravel, stones sand and rock limestone. Track 2 with the resistivity of 0.525–10 ohm meter as identified hot water at a depth of 3.75–12.4 meters below the surface with lower structure Track 2 forming clay, stone flakes, sand and gravel, stones sand, stone limestone, and andesite. The reservoir temperature of Sungai Pinang Village is estimated at 347,38 °C. This method can interpret the formation of structures at lower surface well.
