ABSTRACT
Riau University is one of the state universities located in Pekanbaru City, to improve the quality of education in order to develop the quality of human resources Riau University cooperates with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to build facilities and infrastructure at Riau University, one of the buildings built is an integrated lecture building. This work was carried out on the campus of Riau University, Bina Widya Campus KM.12.5 Simpang Baru. The construction work of the Riau University integrated lecture building employs more than 100 workers and also uses heavy equipment. This work is in a campus environment where many civitas and students move so it is important to implement a Construction Safety Management System. In order to realize a safe and comfortable work environment so that zero accidents are realized. This research uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method. The method of interviews and field surveys conducted to the health safety environment, obtained the results of the audit Construction Safety Management System in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of PUPR Number 10 of 2021. The cost of implementing Construction Safety Management System obtained from the RKK is IDR 804,293,892.002 from the total project value. According to construction workers, the inhibiting factor in the implementation of Construction Safety Management System is the lack of commitment of leaders in implementing Construction Safety Management System.
