Struktur Komunitas Dekapoda Di Perairan Pantai Kecamatan Rupat Utara
ABSTRACT
Decapods are one of the macrozoobenthos consisting Taxonomy of the last five pairs of the eight pairs of thoracic appendages. The aims of this study was to determine the structure of the decapod community in the waters of North Rupat District Beach which includes abundance, diversity index, uniformity index, dominance index, distribution pattern and community similarity index in North Rupat waters. The method used in the study was the survey method. Determination of observation stations was carried out purposively. Result the species found consisted of 8 (eight) species from Norh Rupat waters. The abundance of decapods was 1,326 ind/Ha. The diversity index value (H'= 1.48) is included in the medium category. The value of the uniformity index (E = 0.83) is included in the high category. The dominance index (C = 0.31) and similarity index of decapod community I to II is 83%, I to III 77% and II to III is 93%. ANOVA test results of decapod abundance between stations obtained a significant value of 0.644 where p > 0.05 then H0 is accepted, the abundance between stations is not significantly different. The ANOVA test results of decapod abundance between intertidal subzones obtained a value of 0.69 where p > 0.05 which means that the abundance of decapods between subzones is not significantly different.
