ABSTRACT
The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of perceived benefits and risks on the decision to use QRIS as a payment method with trust as an mediation variable in Pekanbaru City. Questionnaires were distributed to 128 respondents and processed using the Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square analysis method with SmartPLS version 3 software. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between perceived benefits on the decision to use. There is a positive influence between perceived benefits on trust. There is a positive and significant influence on trust in the decision to use. There is a positive and significant influence between perceived benefits on the decision to use through trust. There is a negative and significant influence between the perception of risk on the decision to use. There is a negative influence between perceived risk on trust. There is a negative and significant influence between perceived risk on the decision to use through trust.
