Identifikasi Jamur Pada Udang Vaname (Litopenaeus Vannamei) Yang Dibudidaya Secara Sistem Intensif Dan Tradisional Di Desa Teluk Pambang, Kabupaten Bengkalis
ABSTRACT
One of the problems that arise in Vannamei shrimp farming is the declining quality of the environment, which causes various shrimp disease attacks. Several studies have been carried out on disease in vannamei shrimp in Bengkalis Regency and found contamination of microorganisms such as bacteria and parasites, but no research has been conducted on fungal contamination in this area, so research on fungal contamination is necessary. This research was conducted in March-June 2023. The sample consisted of shrimp that were 3–4 months old, and about 4 were taken per rearing unit. The method used in this study is a survey method. The results of the water quality values are included in the good category for vaname shrimp cultivation. Based on the identification results, it was found that there were 4 types of fungi associated with vannamei shrimp in traditional cultivation systems: Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus niger, and Penicillium sp. Vannamei shrimp in system ponds intensively found 2 types of fungi, namely Aspergillus niger and Penicillium sp.
