ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine how much influence the transformational leadership style and work-life balance have on the performance of employees of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Pekanbaru Kota. The method used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression statistical analysis. The sample in this study were 34 respondents using saturated sampling techniques and using questionnaires and interviews as research instruments. Through data instrument testing and data analysis techniques which include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression equation test, partial test (t), simultaneous test (F), and coefficient of determination test ( ) the results show that leadership style transformational has a significant effect on employee performance by (2,675) > (1,696), work-life balance has a significant effect on employee performance by (5,048) > (1,696), and transformational leadership style and work-life balance have a significant effect significantly to the performance of employees of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Pekanbaru Kota by 56,4%.
