Pengaruh Padat Tebar Berbeda Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Kelulushidupan Ikan Betok (Anabas Testudineus) Yang Dibudidayakan Menggunakan Sistem Boster
ABSTRACT
This research was carried out in July to September 2022 at the Aquaculture
Technology Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine, University of Riau. The
purpose of this study is to obtain the best stocking density to increase the growth
and survival rate of Climbing Perch (Anabas testudineus) in boster system
cultivation. The method used in this study is the Complete Randomized Design
(RAL) 1-factor experimental method with 4 treatments and 3 repeats. The
treatment used was P1 (450 fish/m3 or 36 fish/80 L), P2 (550 fish/m3 or 44 fish/80
L), P3 (650 fish/m3 or 52 fish/80 L), and P4 (750 fish/m3 or 60 fish/80 L) fish were
kept for 56 days. The results of this study showed that the best treatment was P2
(550 fish/m3) which provided absolute weight growth of 4.33±0.12 g, absolute
length of 4.90±0.50 cm, specific growth rate of 2.02±0.03%, feed efficiency of
20.36±0.46%, and feed conversion of 4.91±0.11, as well as 100% fish survival
rate with temperature water quality values ranging from 28-31.3°C, pH 6.1-7.5,
dissolved oxygen 2.7-7.3 mg/L, free carbon dioxide 4-9 mg/L, ammonia 0.0103-
0.0473 mg/L, nitrate 0.0646-6.2417 mg/L, and nitrite 0.0865-6.5422 mg/L.
Stocking density 550 fish/m3 affects growth and survival rate.
