Toxoplasma gondii is an apicomplexan parasite that can invade and replicate intracellularly in almost all types of nucleated cells from warm-blooded animals to humans. One of the effects of chronic toxoplasmosis is infertility. Infertility is fertility disorder where the wife doesn’t get pregnant without contraception after 12 months of marriage. This study aims to determine the seroprevalence based on IgG Anti-Toxoplasma gondii by ELISA examination in infertile women without anatomical abnormalities of reproductive organs. The design of this research was descriptive cross sectional, and the number of samples that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria was 53 samples. The results showed that the largest age group who experienced infertility was 26-35 years (66%). There was 17 sample (32,1%) with positive results in both semiquantitative and quantitative. The average titer obtained from the positive results in quantitative was 126.91+44.17 (95% CI: 104.20-149.62). Based on the research that the incidence of toxoplasmosis in female infertility is high.
