Analisis Produk Unggulan Agroindustri Perikanan Laut Kelurahan Pasia Nan Tigo Kecamatan Koto Tangah Kota Padang Provinsi Sumatera Barat
Abstract
This research was conducted in December 2022 at Pasia Nan Tigo Village, Koto Tangah Subdistrict, Padang City, West Sumatra Province. This study was aimed to analyze the leading products of marine fisheries agro-industry in Pasia Nan Tigo Village. The research method used was the survey method, the data was collected through a questionnaire prepared previously then coupled with free interviews and observations. Respondents in this study were determined by purposive sampling technique. This technique is used because respondents in the AHP method are experts or expertise. In this study, five experts were selected. The results of the study are known that Pasia Nan Tigo Village, Koto Tangah Subdistrict, Padang City is a coastal area that has great potential for marine fisheries agroindustry. In determining the leading agroindustry product, the priority criterion chosen is turnover with a value of 29.3%. Based on the results of alternative assessments seen from labor criteria, target market criteria, raw material origin criteria, raw material quantity criteria, and turnover criteria, it is determined that dried salted anchovies are superior agroindustry products to be developed in Pasia Nan Tigo Village with a value of 62.8%. Based on the financial feasibility analysis, the dried salted anchovy business can be said to be feasible because the RCR value is 1.64, the FRR value is 31%, and the PPC value is obtained at 3.21, meaning that the return on invested capital is for 3 years 3 months 22 days.
