Pengaruh Bentuk Pipa Mikropori Berbeda Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Kelulushidupan Benih Ikan Baung (Mystus Nemurus) Dengan Sistem Resirkulasi
Abstract
This research was conducted in February-March 2023 at the Aquaculture Technology Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, University of Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect and shape of the best microporous pipes to improve water quality on the growth and survival of Baung fish fry. The method used is an experimental method using a completely randomized design with 4 permitted treatments and 3 replications. The treatment used was P0 (Aeration Stone) with P1 (Circular), P2 (Linear), P3 (Parallel) then the fish were kept for 56 days. The results of this study affect water quality, absolute weight growth, absolute length growth, specific growth rate, feed efficiency and feed conversion of baung fish. The best form of microporous pipe is found in the form of linear microporous pipe which gives an average Dissolved Oxygen (DO) during the study ranged from 2.50-7.21 mg/L, temperature 26.73-28.3℃, pH 6.3-7.5, ammonia ranged from 0.0036-0.0578 mg/L, nitrite ranged 0.075-0.7417 mg/L, nitrate ranged from 0.097-9.2848 mg/L, carbon dioxide ranged from 0.5-4 mg/L and organic matter content ranged from 13.051 – 32.785 mg/L. Then absolute weight of 6.94 gram, absolute length of 5.61 cm, specific growth rate of 4.72%, feed efficiency value of 71.52%, feed conversion value 1.41, passing value of 96.88%.
