Pengukuran Kadar Hemoglobin Darah Non-Invasive Menggunakan Light Emitting Diode Multispektral Dan Sensor Optik Jenis Opt101
ABSTRACT
Hemoglobin (Hb) is the most important component in human blood. In our community viewpoint hemoglobin monitoring is very important to be done in hospitals to track hemoglobin level during surgery, childbirth, blood donation, monitor patients in intensive care units, which uses invasive methods. In this study, a finger probe has been designed using six LEDs at a wavelength of 660 nm, 730 nm, 760 nm, 800 nm, 880 nm and 940 nm, and a single photodetector to obtain a signal through the finger using the principle of Photoplethysmograph (PPG). The method used to measure and analyze the hemoglobin level was applied using the Lambert-beer law. This study has been tested to 5 subjects for six wavelengths and two current variations of 1 mA and 3 mA. The values were compared with the hemoglobin level measured using an invasive method with Hbmeter stick. The results show that the six-wavelengths PPG method significantly improves the accuracy of total hemoglobin measurement. The six-wavelengths PPG system and 3 mA current designed show agreement linearly to estimating hemoglobin values with Regression Coefficient ( = 0,989).
