ABSTRACT
Riau Province has human resources that are always developing.To improve this quality, We need a system that can improve human resources in the digital field on photographer skills. However, the problem found is that Riau province does not yet have such a system. The aim of this final project is to buid system that can develop human resorces in the digital field, especially photograpers and documentary media connoisseurs. the system was designed using uml(unified model language) modeling and using HTML, PHP, MySQL as database, Codelgnifer as PHP framework and bootsrap as CSS Framework. This final project produces a website-based information system that can help the people of Riau to obtain information and mutual communication regarding documentary media in the province of Riau.
