Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Pengolahan Produk Perikanan Di Sipujuk Farm Kelurahan Koto Panjang Ikua Koto Kecamatan Koto Tangah Kota Padang Provinsi Sumatera Barat
Abstract
This research was conducted at Sipujuk Farm, Koto Panjang Ikua Koto Village, Koto Tangah District, Padang City, West Sumatra Province with the aim of calculating the total investment and production costs, revenue and income, and analyzing the feasibility of processing fishery products in smoked catfish and fish. Smoked catfish uses investment analysis, revenue, profit, Benefit Cost of Ratio (BCR), Break Even Point (BEP), Financial Rate of Return (FRR), Payback Period of Capital (PPC), and Return On Investment (ROI). The method used in this research is the case study method. Retrieval of data using interview techniques, documentation and direct observation with Sipujuk Farm business owners. The results showed that the average investment issued by a fishery product processing business was IDR 314,785,000. The average income earned by processing fishery products at Sipujuk Farm, namely smoked catfish and smoked catfish, is IDR 391,200,000and the profit earned is IDR 174,838,642.Based on the calculation results, the average BCR value is 1.81. The BEP value consists of a product unit BEP of 194 kg while the rupiah BEP is IDR 23,336,553. The FRR value is 55.54% with Bank BRI's interest rate of 6.4%. The PPC value is 1.80 period and the ROI value is 55.54% with an industry standard of 30%. Based on the analysis of BCR, BEP, FRR, PPC, and ROI, the fishery product processing business at Sipujuk Farm can be said to be feasible to continue or run.
