This research produces an electronic learning device module that uses
a problem-based learning model to train students' historical thinking in solving
problems in history learning. This research is development research that uses a 4-
D model developed by Thiagarajan through four stages, namely the definition
(Difine), Planning (Design), Development (Development) and Disseminate
(Disseminate) stages. The results of validation carried out by material experts
obtained a total of 46 with an average score of 4.6 in the "very feasible" category,
validation of question experts with an average score of 4.75 in the "very feasible"
category, media expert validation with an average score of 4, 7 with the category
