Pengaruh Media Pembelajaran Pop-Up Book Terhadap Peningkatan Hasil Belajar IPS Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Materi Kegiatan Ekonomi
This research aims to determine the influence on the social studies
learning outcomes of students who receive treatment in learning using pop-up
book instructional media compared to students who learn using only theme-based
books.. The subjects in this study were fourth-grade students of SD Negeri 42
Pekanbaru, consisting of Class IV B and Class IV C, where Class IV C served as
the experimental group, and Class IV B served as the control group, assessed
using a test. Based on the hypothesis testing, a significance value (2-tailed) of
0,012 was obtained, which is less than 0,05, with the experimental group having a
mean of 82,97, while the control group had a mean of 76,83. The improvement in
student learning outcomes using the pop-up book learning media was 22,75.
Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an influence of pop-up book learning
media on the improvement of social studies (IPS) learning outcomes for fourthgrade
students at SD Negeri 42 Pekanbaru, with an impact of 68,8% in the high
category.
